I got acknowledgement from apple on May 18th that my order was placed and transaction will be charged on my card.

Since then I have done multiple emails follow up but haven't gotten a single response from apple.

They should respond with in 2 business days - stipulated time as per their email.

Check your order status here to make sure they haven't reject it due to payment issues or payment system incompatibility with your issued credit card country.
