Custom Offer codes work only via Link, but manually - code invalid

I created a Custom Offer code to my active sibscription. But it works only via a Link, but If I input it manually in the app - the error occurs " the code you entered could not be found"

It generally takes a few hours before custom codes become active. how long ago did you generate them?

  • seems like the problem is not about that, as it works via link, but doesn't via manual input
