Unable to generate/view my individual api key

Hi,

I'm unable to create/view my private api keys, i'm admin for the organization as well as i have 'Generate Individual API Keys' permission. I'm almost certain that i've generated one some time ago (previous implementation perhaps) and the old api key is still in use.

Any advice how to generate a new one? Thanks!

Currently also seeing this problem. Under my user profile, the "Individual API Key" header is empty. Right above that, under "Additional Resources", "Generate Individual API Keys" is checked.

We're experiencing the same issue. We've created an Apple ID for our release scripts to use, but there is no button to generate an API key even though the permission has been granted.

Here's a screenshot of the user profile, in the latest Safari, on a new M2 Mac mini:

Per the documentation, the button to generate a new key should only be hidden if the user does not have the Generate Individual API Keys permission. Our account does have the permission granted, but the button is still hidden.

I am having the same issue. I'm the only user on my Developer account, so I'm the Account Owner/Admin, and yet I can't see or create an individual API key.

Having same issue. I am not able to see Generate API Key option in my user profile.

Same thing here. It's all part of Apple's unwavering commitment to make simple things complicated, easy things hard, and always, always, always waste extraordinary amounts of their users time and money for no reason whatsoever.

I have exactly the same issue I come from years of windows dev. Finding Apple's lack of support very frustrating

Go to users/access -> Integrations, then request approval.
