Can anyone tell me why all the simulators (see below) are not available in a project's iOS Simulator list?
As an example, I've selected "iPhone 15 Pro" on the Simulators list, but it does not appear as available in the project list of simulators.

If you have quite a lot of simulators and they're all set to show automatically, some will be 'lost'. I think you just need to set "Show run destination" to "Always" for the ones you always want to see, and they should then always be displayed.
That didn't work. But I did set most of them to 'Never'. Then I deleted the simulators I wanted to use, e.g. iPhone 15 Pro & iPhone 13 mini, recreated them and set them to 'Always'. That's when they showed up in the project simulator list. A fairly easy workaround.
