roomplan framework in vision pro

I find that roomplan framework is not available in vision pro.

As you correctly note, RoomPlan is not available on visionOS. (Anyone that lands on this thread looking for RoomPlan on visionOS should file an enhancement request using Feedback Assistant!)

But I want to make an application which create floor plans of a building. Is there any alternative solution to the same work in vision pro?

The only environmental geometry that is accessible to apps is provided by ARKit. The two data providers that would be relevant to this use case are the PlaneDetectionProvider, and the SceneReconstructionProvider. It is up to you to determine how to use the data from these providers to create a simplified 3D model of a room.
