I have problems with my phone calls on iOS 17.3 (21D5026f)

Hello, I have iPhone 14. When I try to make phone calls on iOS 17.3 (21D5026f), my cellular goes like LTE > 3G > EDGE > GPRS, and the people who is talking with me on the phone cannot hear my voice properly or they don't hear my voice. When this happens I try to hang up the call and call screen bugs. It says " Call failed" for 4 or 5 seconds. This is annoying.By the way there is no problem with my cellular data when I use my phone for like Instagram or something. Are there any people who is facing with this issue?
