High CPU time for searchpartyd w/ associated sandbox restriction errors for contactsd.persistence

This has been happening from 14.0 DB4 and has continued up to 14.2 DB1. Occurring on M2 MBA 13 and M2 MBP 16. The principle thing I noticed was searchpartyd running a bit more than one would expect. I understand this is a FindMy daemon. For context, it does a low level 2-5% CPU constantly, and is the number 3 ranked CPU Time process on both machines.

In the launchd console log the following errors appear on continuous repeat:

For context: I do not have Family Sharing set up.

So I've been plagued with similar issues since I got a mac last year. One thing I saw accross several threads is that people think its a permission error from apple's own apps services to the resources. This doesnt make a lot of sense but ....

I think all you really need to do is open "Find My" so it can do it's First Run permission request for Location Services. I havent opened "Find My" ever on this macOS install, and low and behold, it prompted me for location access. So when all of these other services keep triggering sandbox errors its just because they are trying to use Find My to get location, but it's never had the chance to ask for itself

If all else fails just open every macOS 1st party app at least once. Xcode not being opened at least once is another common one
