It's been over a month since I requested an FPS Deployment Package, and the only response I've gotten is a case number and an email stating that a representative will check in and get back to me, usually on Wednesday. I'm wondering if I need to do anything further or if cases like mine are common.
FPS Deployment Package Issuance Issues
We're also experiencing delays with the FPS Distribution package approval process. Despite multiple email follow-ups, we have yet to receive a response. We've also tried reaching out to Developer Support, but they informed us they cannot assist with these specific requests. Our development process is currently at a standstill due to this, which is taking a financial toll on our operations.
