FPS Deployment Package Issuance Issues

It's been over a month since I requested an FPS Deployment Package, and the only response I've gotten is a case number and an email stating that a representative will check in and get back to me, usually on Wednesday. I'm wondering if I need to do anything further or if cases like mine are common.

  • We're also experiencing delays with the FPS Distribution package approval process. Despite multiple email follow-ups, we have yet to receive a response. We've also tried reaching out to Developer Support, but they informed us they cannot assist with these specific requests. Our development process is currently at a standstill due to this, which is taking a financial toll on our operations.
