In Xcode 15 RC it takes forever to launch a Simulator

Fresh macOS Sonoma install, only Xcode 15 and default simulator. When first launching, it shows progress bar on iPhone for about 10 minutes. After, it shows a desktop for a second and goes into dark screen.

To mention, simulators on Xcode betas were fine.

It doesn't only take forever to launch but the Mac gets way too hot. With Xcode 14 was running smoothly at 45ºC and with Xcode 15 it goes up to 65ºC with CPU spikes to 103ºC. Not usable.
