Whenever I try to install Xcode from App Store after the download is complete an error message comes out saying that App Store could not install Xcode try again later, so I tried to install it from Apple Developer site and it gives me XIP file and when I try to open it it says 'The archive "Xcode_14.2.xip" is damaged and can't be expanded' but the older versions not damaged but also outdated that I can not use

Only Beta Version released until release Xcode 15 public version releases they will never post in App Store. We have to trust the apple developer site and download from there. Once we report any issues all the issues are resolved then only they will post into App Store. Please Try with the link mentioned below.
