How to create watchOS View without title or time like Calculator App?

How can I create a view like the builtin Calculator app does which is able to utilize the entire space of the display on the watch? The Calculator app doesn't have the time displayed nor any area reserved for a title.

It is not possible for third-party apps to hide the time.
