I get redirected to: "https://developer.apple.com/register/error/" The page says "You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement."

I wonder have u ever found any solution to this? Apparently according to Apple Developer Support this is an unfixable problem, and I am soooo upset, pls reply me if u have found any solution.
No, i've called Apple Support but they have no idea. I've created a bug in Feedback Assistant app as well and still no response despire multiple follow ups.
