Cannot download XCode due to program update

Hi, I have a MacBook Air from 2017, and the new MacOS 13 update is unavailable for my Mac. I cannot install Xcode in the App Store without the new update. Is there any way I can install an older Xcode version or any other way to install Xcode? Any help is much appreciated.

On Apple developer website you can download older versions of Apple software (including Xcode) :

https://developer.apple.com/download/all/
