Since Beta 16.4 Beta 2 I have a blue image with DolbyVision with the Hue Sync Box and Apple TV 4K 2022 - No problems with the old Apple TV 2021 and TVOS 16.2.

I'm having a very similar issue since 16.4 beta 2 with hue sync. I get dolby vision video fine but no light sync with the dolby vision support on the hue disabled. If I enable enhanced dolby vision support on the hue I get lightsync but no video. HDR works fine. Hoping this is fixed in the next beta or GA release
update: not fixed in beta 3 for me
I get the LEDS to sync but get a black screen when I hook up Fancy LEDs sync box, I am running tvOS 16.4 beta 4. Doesn't work on any video setting sent from the Apple TV. It worked fine on 16.4 beta 1, beta 2 and up killed it.
the latest 16.4 update released today fixed this issue for me
