502 Errors. Can someone from Apple please respond?

I'm just posting this for visibility. Like many others, I'm seeing a lot of 502 errors. And, just like the prior threads about the intermittent 401 errors, there's no response from Apple.

502 errors

Where ? I assume in WeatherKit ?

Are there any additional information on error (such as "bad gateway") ?

You'd better provide details on the problem and post a bug report. This forum is not a channel to Apple.

I appreciate that posting here is not the same as opening a support ticket. But Apple engineers have answered questions about REST API errors and other questions here.

And there have been so many questions about the WeatherKit REST API throwing intermittent errors (502:Bad Gateway; 401:Not Authorized). Here's a sample:

And there's no response...

@sarkonovich You're right, but answer from Apple cannot be taken as granted here. It may happen or not. Did you file at least a bug report ?

Thanks for reporting these errors. We can't share any details at this point but our team is investigating the problem.

I'm also regularly received 502, 504 and even 503 error messages. Does anyone have any recommendations on the optimal time to wait between requests and how many attempts to make before returning an error? I'm using exponential backoff and waiting two minutes but I still receive these errors for some locations.

I get the same error when I go to a specific website. for the life of me, I cannot remember how I corrected it, but it returns when Apple kicks out an update.
