Hello, We do have an active developer account but the current developer owner/admin passed away. We can't access the developer account anymore to update the app or change the ownership. We do have a username/password but due to the fact it has 2FA we can't access the owner/admin account as we can't access the owner's mobile SMS.
Please help us to process the next step as we need to continue to update the app under a new admin.
