HLS shuts down iPhone 14 Pro Max?

We have two users who are using the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

They both say that their phones "turn off" when they click the link to view our HLS stream.

Has anyone had similar issues?

Yes, this is confirmed.

Our hls stream which has worked since iOS 10 now crashes the entire iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The entire phone crashes when trying to play our HLS stream.

Does anyone know where we should start to fix this?
