IOS 16.1 No scrolling with Application folder

After installing 16.1 Beta on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I am unable to scroll to the next page of applications. It is in every folder that has more than one page. Is anyone else seeing this?

Yes I’m experiencing this issue on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad Pro 10.5 and multiple folders.

I just found the same bug. Happens on every single App folder I have. Happens on both iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro 12.9 5th Gen.
