After upgrading to IOS 16, Developer Mode is no more available when i click on Privacy and Security
how do i fix this issue as i need this to help me with in line of work.

Developer Mode
On iOS 16 I see:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode
...which shows a Switch, to turn it on.
Which requires a restart.
Then after restarting, I had to confirm turning Developer Mode on.
You may have to connect the iphone to the Mac via USB the firsy time you tru.
