runningSpeed: HKQuantityTypeIdentifier not availble on Watch Series 4 WatchOS9

Hi,

runningSpeed is now available as an HKQuantityTypeIdentifier in HealthKit in WatchOS9. However, when testing out our application on an Apple Watch Series 4 there is no data being returned even though the Watch is on WatchOS9. Is this expected behaviour or a bug? The docs (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/healthkit/hkquantitytypeidentifier/3929731-runningspeed/) say that it should be available on devices that support WatchOS9.

I also just tested on Apple Watch Series 7 and again runningSpeed was not returning any values

Some good news and some bad news from our side

Good news: I got the running speed from HK on my Series 4. So there is no model restriction to this metric.

Bad news: This only works when the Deployment Target is watchOS 9.0. When we set it, watchOS 8.0 will not be supported at all. Maybe this is an Xcode bug.
