When I want to schedule a post for instagram and facebook with the meta business suite, the web page is waiting as "loading media" at the stage of adding photos for the post. This problem persists regardless of the browser. It appears in the same way in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. There is no problem with the other windows system in my house.
Below is the screenshot of this problem. "Medya yükleniyor" means "loading media" and the process is not progressing.
There is another interesting point with this problem;
Only available on meta business suite page. (business.facebook.com). When I want to upload photos from Instagram web and facebook web page, I do not encounter any problems.
I tried the following methods that came to my mind but didn't work
- I upgraded Java
- I reinstalled macos
- Internet cache cleaning
Apple live support was unable to resolve this issue.
