Same problem for me. After installing Ventura Beta 7 (22A5342F) nearly all the widgets gone..

I was able to get my widgets back on Ventura Beta 7 (22A5342F) by using the following terminal commands...

defaults delete com.apple.notificationcenterui; killall NotificationCenter (restart computer) open -a NotificationCenter

I was able to get the widgets back using the following terminal commands...

     defaults delete com.apple.notificationcenterui; killall NotificationCenter

(restarted Mac)

     open -a NotificationCenter
