I am a volunteer firefighter and our county uses the First Due app to alert first responders of emergency calls. As such the app has "critical alerts" and it will play a sound and always notify me except when I am listening to music and also wearing my apple watch. When I am mowing the lawn I wear Bluetooth headphones and my apple watch and listen to music. The problem is when an alert for a 911 call comes in, it does not pause my music or play the alert in my headphones instead it just goes off on my watch which I cannot feel or hear because I am on a zero turn lawnmower. Is there any way to have critical alerts on the app still play a sound or interrupt music through my headphones while wearing an apple watch? As of now I think my only solution is to avoid wearing my apple watch while I mow the lawn which is not ideal.
Thanks for the suggestion! Can you please file feedback at https://feedbackassistant.apple.com so we can get it routed? (Posting the FB number back here will speed that process, too. Thank you!)
