WeatherKit Historical Data From Swift?

In the Meet WeatherKit video it is stated that "You can access historical data by specifying a start and end date to the hourly and daily requests.", but I'm not seeing a way to do that in the Swift API (I see it is there in the REST API).

Am I missing something or is that just not implemented yet?
