What is the best thing for someone like me who just joined the Developer Community to start off with? What should I do?

Second, look to questions asked and see if you may have a useful contribution to help (that may be the fact that you observed the same issue).
Third, don't hesitate to ask questions (related to development of course) as precise as possible. That is useful for you, but some questions may also be useful for others as well, as they will learn when investigating or when reading someone else answer.
