Apple M1 Mac: Running iPadOS app with Mac as target device gives error alert

As shown in this image (https://imgur.com/a/LZaaWea), I get error alert that says, "Install service either had no reply or it wasn't a dictionary". Clicking on "Details" button of the alert would give this info: Details

Does anyone has a fix for this, or some information on where to look for possible fixes? It happens since I use XCode on Apple Silicon, and the only fix I found so far is an XCode restart. Furthermore, it happens more often, and the previews don't work either when this issue appears.
