Any word on when Apple is going to support VirtualBox on Mac mini M1? I scanned the forums, and didn’t find anything that mentioned the M1.
I really miss Kali Linux.

There are no plans to port VirtualBox to a non-x86 platform. There are alternative open source solutions such as UTM.
VirtualBox is not an Apple product. Apple has no say in whether or not VirtualBox will ever work on an M1. You will have to contact Oracle.
There are a number of other virtualization solutions, some of them free, that work on M1. Use one of those instead.
Here is one I saw mentioned just the other day: https://github.com/cirruslabs/tart
