I just make my submission a few moment ago. However, I do not received any confirmation email or any notification from the website to indicates that it was success or not. Is there any way I can check the status of submission?

Just pay some patience. It can take a couple of hours.
There is! Go to https://developer.apple.com/wwdc22/swift-student-challenge/apply and make sure you're signed in it should say that your submission has been received. You also do get a confirmation email.
