watchos 19t5557d no symbols

I upgraded watchOS to 19t557d and Xcode isn't installing symbols, so can't debug/run my development app on my Watch. Is anybody else having this issue? Are the symbols for this watchOS build available? BTW, this same problem occurred a month or so ago with another watchOS update. Any workarounds? Just filed a Feedback Assistant. Thank you.
