I tried to upgrade to Xcode 13.3.1. In finder, it said it had about 32.2GB next to Xcode but it still had not finished. I rebooted 2x and deleted the file (and erased it) but the apple store won't install it again, because it says it is still installing. I downloaded Xcode from the web pages in developer. The resulting Xcode_13.3.1.xip gives error on double click: "There is a problem while reading the contents of Xcode_13.3.1; the data is corrupted." I get the same error after trying to go back to 13.3. any suggestions.
