Any reason why my beta enrolled iPhone is not getting 15.4.1

Anyone else have this issue? Regular devices all have 15.4.1 none of my developer devices see the update. iOS and macOS

It used to happen that you wouldn’t see nob-beta updates until you removed the developer profile and that works for this release. However, I cannot find the developer profile download so I can reinstall it. I’m guessing when they post the next beta release, they’ll also post the download for the developer beta profile

Same issue here. seems this update is not enrolled to all devices.
