I have the 2017 MacBook Pro, and since updating to Monterey 12.2.1, my touch bar has been freezing, rendering it almost unusable. How do I fix this?

I have a 2016 MacPro and the touchbar stopped working after upgrading to Monterey 12.2.1 from Catalina. Anyone?
