I've asked a similar question on Stackoverflow but thought I'd try here:

Failed to Install App on Apple Watch

I can't figure out how to even approach this since I've already verified the final UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities for both the companion app and the watch app and they both seem fine. Watch app does not have any UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities node and the companion app does have one but it is set to arm64.

I've tested the apps on my own Apple Watch and everything works fine.

Grasping at straws at this point and the reviewer just keeps spamming the same message over and over again.
