Using iPhone 7 Plus for developing with XCode 11.7

I am a new learner, and want to develop iOS apps, using Swift. I want to use iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 15 for developing apps with XCode 11.7. But when I connect it with MacBook Pro, Mac OS 10.15, app do not show up on my phone. Can some one help me on this issue

You need to upgrade to Xcode 13. Please see our handy version table to see what combinations are supported.
