Mail 15.0 not working - Monterey 12.1 - MacBook Pro 16" 2021 Pro Max

Mail 15.0 is not working properly on Monterey 12.1 with my MacBook Pro 16" 2021 Pro Max.

I've tried to create a clean install on Monterey Version 12.1 on a new partition. Same result. I'm seeing also problems connecting to the network. Ethernet and/or Wifi.

In mail: Impossible to delete new Email. I'm using iPhone, iPad to manage Mail.

I'm I alone with this issue?

The MacOS update Montery 12.2 resolve the problem with Mail on a MacBook Pro 16" 2021 Pro Max.
