The problem that the app does not start

For apps published in the store, there is a problem that the screen becomes blank when the app is started and the app cannot be started. It seems that the splash screen is not displayed either. Restarting the iPhone seems to fix it temporarily, but after a while the problem reoccurs.

Is there a possible cause for this problem?

So there is a bug. If, when uploading an application to the store, you checked the box to receive error reports, go to the organizer and see the reports on application crashes. The answer may be there.
