Missing Event Dates in Subscriber Report

We're using the App Store Connect API to pull the Subscriber Detailed Daily v1_3 report as described here https://help.apple.com/app-store-connect/#/itcf20f3392e and here https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/download_sales_and_trends_reports

We've started to get records with missing Event Date. This is a key field and wouldn't expect nulls (actually looks like a single space).

Anyone seen the same? Who to report this to?

For me on the 17th-19th of April all the Event Dates are empty. I can also confirm there are many other days over the last few months with empty dates. This is affecting ChartMogul which has been reporting rubbish data now for over a week. Every entry without a date seems to be ignored and that causes ChartMogul to report that user as churned.
