"xcrun xctrace record --device" sometimes run sometimes not and gives this message "Waiting for device to boot"

"xcrun xctrace record --device " commands starts recording info through instruments and store it in a file but sometimes it run properly and sometimes says following "Waiting for device to boot"

I have also tried xcode 13.1 CLT Checked on multiples devices Changed cables as well

Same here... It is a big pain trying to launch xcxtrace via CLI and getting a decent way to get the output. It will be very nice to handle stderr properly so we can handle the error and retry, ask the user to reboot, etc.

A complimentary answer would be like: How this errors (or errors on before run) can be caught from CLI?
