iOS15 blocking image in my emails to customers

Hi -

I send emails to my app customers from my server, hosted by JustHost.  With iOS15, all the images that are hosted on my server are being blocked (no error message, just an empty box).  There is nothing malicious in the images, no tracking.  I can successfully send images from other domains in my emails - but those same images that I copy to my server are then blocked.  I called my hosting company and they had no idea.

I use the img tag in my emails to reference the images.

What do I need to ask JustHost to do to enable my images to be shown in iOS15?

  Thank you very much!

More information: I'm told by JustHost that it's a certificate issue with Let's Encrypt certificates. Apparently a iOS15 firmware update no longer recognizes Let's Encrypt certificates. Any help would be most appreciated!

Hi, I have exact same problem. Did you find a solution?

Since iOS15, Apple's native Mail app shows our organization's email images as alt text instead of the image. We use Wordpress and send email when new blog post are publish. Our emails work fine in ALL other mail clients, but for some reason Mail blocks them, and does not present an option to download remote images. BTW, my iOS Mail Privacy Settings are OK. Other emails come across fine and images are shown.

I have the same problem. Have you found a solution?

Did you ever get a solution? I have the same problem.
