Why are all my users getting billing error?

Hi, I have a relatively new app up in the App Store. I dropped the price recently and was happy to find that I start getting ~1 user entering into a trial each day. However, as those users start to come to the end of their trial, I've found that almost all of them have ended up with a status of "Had a billing issue" followed by "Had their subscription cancelled due to a billing error". Out of 8 users who have entered the trial period, 7 ended up in this state, vs. 1 who cancelled the trial before it was up for renewal.

Is it possible that 7/8 of my users have used invalid card info when subscribing, or did I set something up wrong? I tried signing up using my own phone and it went through fine.

I am using the RevenueCat SDK.

I'm having the exact same problem - last 5 converts failed due to billing error. seems unlikely? I have had a few monthlies work fine recently.
