Xcode cannot download the APP to my phone, since device is busy

"One" is iPhone name and "matrix" is Apple watch name. My purpose is to download the app to the phone, but this prompt often appears and the download fails. My Mac is a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020), the Xcode version is 13RC, and the USB-C to Lightning cable is recently purchased from official , it is in good condition.

When I turn off the Apple watch, it’s okay to do it again.

How to disconnect Apple watch from Xcode?

Can someone tell me how to solve this issue?

Thanks!

I've been getting this A LOT with Xcode 12 & 13. Just wait until the message goes away when you try and run your app on a device. It may take seconds or minutes, but it will eventually go away and allow the app to run.

I experienced the same with MacOS 11.6 and just after updating to Xcode 13 RC and iOS 14.8 and latest WatchOS… I closed Xcode a few times, then waited for long (20 minutes or more) and finally it went through. Maybe it was because watch was still updating form device to upload new Xcode files (very slowly).

I would try to reboot your iPhone or Apple watch. Not sure If it will help but you can try it. Pavel
