iOS 15 beta 8: While iOS native Mail app is not running in the background (by virtue of being killed from app switcher), the scheduled fetch of favourite mailboxes of any IMAP account does not occur.

I think that iOS Mail app has the privileges to fetch even without showing in the app switcher. Thus the existing behaviour appears erratic.

In this situation however the Inbox of IMAP mail account gets fetched on schedule even if Mail app is not running in the background. When the fetch happens, the corresponding notifications also appear as per configuration.

Is the behaviour of iOS Mail app correct in not fetching favourite mailboxes on schedule if the app is not running in the background?
