Is there a way to get all the forces recorded from a quick tap of button on the screen? I was reading about 'touchsBegan' and 'touchesMoved' events from the gestureRecognizers. The forces obtained from the "touchesBegan" are always small or 0. I believe that the device must be recording more than one force from a tap, but UiTouch.force is only returning one force, and I don't know how to get the rest. Also, a quick tap doesn't trigger the "touchesMoved" event and the force obtained from the force from the "touchesBegan" is 0. So I want to know how to get all the recorded forces associated with a quick tap?
How to get the Force of a tap on the Screen
I think that this should be looked for in some new frameworks
-[UITouchs force]
is the right property for this. But also notice -[UITouch maximumPossibleForce]
. Also 3D Touch is not a part of our current hardware lineup so newer devices are no longer capable of reporting force.
