mail won't load known senders

The new apple mail doesn't seem to want to automatically load emails from known senders. I can click the button to do the download, but it's getting annoying. I am sure there is a setting somewhere for that but haven't been able to find it yet.

Yes, I am asking about this as well. I understand security, but this is really annoying.

I am about to find a new email client.
