Developer ID Notary Service

This link says that it's OK now, yesterday there was a problem https://developer.apple.com/system-status/

I just took a look at the System Status and everything is green. I also poked around internally and did not see any reports of a disruption. The Notary service usually completes in under 30 minutes but for larger bundles it can take longer. If you get to the point where it's been almost an entire day without change then this would be grounds for a bug report.

There was actually an outage this morning since 8:00AM EST. It's fixed now..like 5minutes ago.

This server is acting up again. It started again around 10:45 EST.

If the notary service is having persistent problems and there’s nothing on the Developer > System Status page, please file a bug before posting here, and then include that bug number in your post. It’s hard for Matt or I to track down issues without a bug number.
