Is there any mechanism to disable this user prompt during development? This completely breaks automated testing setups.

I’m not aware of any way to disable this prompt outright.
Can you elaborate on how this breaks your testing? The setting should persist across re-installs of your app, so once you’ve approved the app once you shouldn’t have to do it again.
Oh, and are you using XCTest here? Or something else?
