3. 1.1 Business: Payments - In-App Purchase rejected

Hello, we were rejected the first time, then a second time after explaining our business model. We don't know if this one is good. To explain, our ios application allows freelance to create a profile, the freelancer indicates the services he offers. When the profile is validated from the application, a link is generated and his profile is visible on our website. He can then share this link with his clients. The companies visit this profile from the website, then pay for the service from the website. Buyers do not go through an application. Of course, we take a commission for the transaction.

Our ios application does not offer any paid service, it is just a tool to create a professional page that is linked to our website, is our business model not compliant with the ios regulation? Thanks
