rvictl -s <UUID> Not working

rvictl -s 0....E is failing.

Starting device 0....E [FAILED]

Tried on iOS 15 beta 3 and iOS 14.7. I am running Big Sur 11.5

Tried solutions mentioned in other similar questions

sudo installer -pkg /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Resources/Packages/MobileDeviceDevelopment.pkg -target /

sudo launchctl load -w /Library/Apple/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.rpmuxd.plist

Is this on Intel? Or Apple silicon?

Works after disabling csrutil (in recovery mode). csrutil disable

FYI, the fact that you have to disable a bunch of low-level security stuff to use RVI is, IMO, seriously suboptimal. See this post, and the surrounding thread, for more.
