Recently I noticed that the links of the back of wallet passes, that companies has put on their passes - so as to direct to core information - were no longer active, ie: not blue and underlined, and don't automaticlly direct to the URL address
Back of Apple Wallet Pass
We noticed this was broken in a previous version of iOS 15, I think it started with iOS 15.0 or 15.1. However, as of iOS 15.2, this has been corrected, and in-line URLs (those not embedding the link behind some text) on the Back Fields of Apple Wallet are once-again hyperlinked properly.
The same thing happened with phone numbers at the same time, but as of 15.2, those are also fixed (aka, clickable) once again.
We notice the links are clickable when viewing the back of pass in Wallet app. However the links are not clickable when open the pass by double tap the lock button on iPhone. iOS 16.5.1. Already put the html tag <a></a> to enforce the link as URL, but still not clickable by viewing in double tap side button. Does anyone have the same issue ?
@llsupport Hi, we're currently facing the same problem.
Have you managed to fix the problem that the links are not clickable when the users double tap to wallet?
@chuski1212 @llsupport - any luck? Having the same issue on IOS 17 -- wrapped in <a> tag, link clickable in Wallet app but not the quick access (double tapping the power button).
